These Terms govern your use of CuePoint.

CuePoint is provided by:

By creating an account or using CuePoint, you agree to these Terms.

1. What CuePoint is

CuePoint is a digital service designed to help users keep useful processes, cues, intentions, and ways of working available to attention before, during, and after real situations.

CuePoint may include:

Frameworks
Activities
Cues
Reviews and Moments
reminders
sharing
visual tools
pattern and trend features
public Frameworks and resources

Features may change as CuePoint develops.

2. Account requirements

You are responsible for:

providing accurate account information
protecting access to your account
activities carried out through your account
keeping your login credentials secure

CuePoint is intended primarily for users aged 14 or older.

3. Free and paid plans

CuePoint may offer:

Free
CuePoint+
Premium

The features included in each plan are described on the current Plans page.

Paid features may change over time, but changes will not remove rights already required by applicable consumer law.

4. Paid subscriptions

Paid CuePoint subscriptions are intended to be sold on an annual basis.

Prices may also be presented as an equivalent monthly amount for comparison, but the billing period is one year unless otherwise stated at purchase.

A paid subscription provides access for the purchased subscription period whether the service is used frequently, occasionally, or not at all.

5. Automatic renewal

Unless cancelled, paid subscriptions may renew automatically for another one-year period.

The renewal terms and price will be shown before purchase.

CuePoint intends to send a written reminder approximately one month before an annual subscription renews and the stored payment method is charged again.

You can cancel renewal before the applicable renewal deadline.

After cancellation, access to paid features normally continues until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

6. Withdrawal rights and refunds

Consumers may have mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

For consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area, this can include a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions and rules for digital services.

CuePoint does not intend to offer proportional refunds simply because a user stops using the service during an already-paid annual subscription period, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content that you create in CuePoint.

This includes, for example:

your own Frameworks
process text
Cue and Transition text
Activities
notes
reviews
other user-created content

You grant CuePoint a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, display, and transmit your content only to the extent reasonably required to provide and operate the service.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to CuePoint.

8. Sharing

CuePoint includes features that allow users to share certain content, including Frameworks and Activity Setups.

When you use a sharing function, you authorise CuePoint to create, display, transmit, and deliver the relevant shared material to the intended recipient.

Where CuePoint creates an independent recipient copy, the recipient controls their own copy after it is added to their account.

The sender does not automatically receive access to the recipient's private use, reviews, Moments, notes, or Activity history.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you share is lawful and appropriate to share.

9. CuePoint Frameworks and intellectual property

CuePoint may provide Core Frameworks, public Frameworks, illustrations, visual assets, written material, design, software, trademarks, and other CuePoint-created content.

That material remains owned by RASC – Sport Consulting or its licensors.

Features such as Make My Version may allow users to create their own editable version of a CuePoint Framework.

Making your own version does not transfer ownership of the original CuePoint material, brand, design, or underlying source Framework.

You may use CuePoint-created material through the functionality made available in the service, but may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit CuePoint's protected material outside the permitted service functionality without permission.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use CuePoint to:

break applicable law
threaten, harass, abuse, or deliberately harm others
infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights
upload or distribute malicious software
attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, systems, or infrastructure
interfere with CuePoint's security or operation
deliberately overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service in a harmful way
impersonate another person
use sharing features to distribute unlawful or seriously harmful material

CuePoint may restrict access, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

11. User-created Frameworks

CuePoint does not review or approve every Framework created by users.

Users are responsible for the content, instructions, methods, and advice they create or share.

A user-created Framework should not be assumed to have been reviewed, approved, or endorsed by CuePoint unless this is explicitly stated.

12. Professional, medical, and other advice

CuePoint is a support tool.

It is not a substitute for:

medical diagnosis or treatment
psychological or psychiatric care
psychotherapy
emergency services
legal advice
financial advice
safeguarding obligations
professional judgement
qualified coaching, teaching, or other professional services

Frameworks may be used alongside professional work, but CuePoint does not guarantee that a Framework is suitable for a particular person or situation.

If you need medical, psychological, legal, emergency, or other regulated professional assistance, seek an appropriately qualified professional.

13. Results and performance

CuePoint does not guarantee:

improved performance
particular sporting results
improved wellbeing
behavioural change
business results
academic results
successful decisions
any particular outcome from using a Framework

Real situations are complex, and users remain responsible for their decisions and actions.

14. Availability of the service

We aim to keep CuePoint reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

maintenance
updates
technical problems
third-party infrastructure
security incidents
circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CuePoint and RASC – Sport Consulting are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, loss of expected results, or consequences arising from user-created content or decisions made using CuePoint.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

16. Account termination and deletion

You may stop using CuePoint at any time.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to information that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or other lawful purposes.

CuePoint may suspend or terminate an account where there is serious or repeated misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonable, we will aim to provide notice before termination.

17. Third-party services

CuePoint relies on external infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, database, authentication, email, notification, analytics, and payment providers.

Their systems may be subject to separate technical conditions and privacy practices.

18. Changes to CuePoint and these Terms

CuePoint will continue to develop.

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including because of:

new features
legal requirements
security needs
changes to subscription services
changes to infrastructure or business operations

Material changes will be communicated where required.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
